Common issues and solutions for Grand Meridian MLO

Collision Issues, Invisible Walls, or Missing Props

Why This Happens

Grand Meridian ships with custom collision (.ybn) and map (.ymap) data for its four interiors. When another MLO or IPL loader on your server references overlapping map cells, GTA V applies the wrong collision data — causing invisible walls, floating props, or geometry clipping.

Symptoms

Invisible walls in the Bank / Club / Theatre / Restobar
Props (bar counters, chairs, stage equipment) missing or floating
You clip into the ground or fall through floors
Ambient vanilla objects appear inside the interior where they shouldn’t

Isolate the conflict

Step 1: Test Grand Meridian in Isolation

Before touching config, prove whether the issue is Grand Meridian or another resource. Spin up a fresh localhost server with only Grand Meridian + framework core (qb-core / es_extended) + ox_lib running. If the issue disappears there, it’s a conflict on your main server — not Grand Meridian itself.

Fix — Step 2: Find the Conflicting Map Resource

If the isolated test comes back clean, the issue is another MLO or IPL resource on your main server.

How to Find It

Return to your main server
Stop every custom MLO / map / IPL resource one at a time
After each stop, restart the server and re-check Grand Meridian
When the issue disappears, the last resource you stopped is the conflict

Do not delete collision or map files from Grand Meridian itself. Always remove the duplicate from the other conflicting resource.

Common Culprits

Resource Type	What to Look For
IPL loaders	`BOB74_IPL` and similar — often reference downtown map cells
Bank MLOs	Any bank-interior replacement can clash with the Grand Meridian bank
Club / venue MLOs	Rooftop venues, nightclubs at overlapping coordinates
Theatre / cinema MLOs	Downtown theatre replacements

Escrow Errors

“Failed to verify” or “You lack entitlement” errors indicate an escrow problem — not a Grand Meridian bug.

“Failed to verify” → Files were corrupted during upload. Re-download from Keymaster and upload again using WinSCP (not FiveM’s built-in FTP).
“You lack entitlement” → Your server license is not linked to the Keymaster account that purchased Grand Meridian. Log in to Keymaster with the purchase account and re-issue the server key.
Requires FiveM artifacts version 4960+ — update your server if older.
